Cats: Gotta Love 'Em

What the email delivered recently.  What a hoot.  Actually, my daughter-in-law's cat, Torey, ate the rubber end of a door stop and after a lengthy surgery and several thousand dollars, she's on the road to recovery.  My cats are never very hungry, being grazers, so they usually prefer scratching the sofa to scarfing down rubber tips. My Gracie, however, did take a fancy to my toothbrush recently so we had to find higher ground than the vanity top to protect our interest.  I'm waiting for Henry, our male tabby, to wake me up one morning wearing John's partial denture plate!

  1. Love that picture! And I can almost identify—my desktop cats like to bat things around near my computer. It's only a matter of time until one scarfs down the mouse.

Don't forget to watch the 122nd Rose Parade on New Year's Day coming from Pasadena, California...only 30 miles from The Old Geezer's home :-) If you miss the live telecast, I'm sure there will be lots of reruns through out the day.
